Asana Lab

Time to practice! Dive deep into the most common & accessible yoga poses you will be teaching.

We discuss the details of each yoga pose regarding alignment, breath, benefits, cautions and more. After demonstration and questions, students practice teach the pose in small groups. Topics include:

Anatomy & Physiology concepts are introduced to you through our online course that is included as part of your homework. 30 hours of guided lesson content is available to you at home or on-the-go. You will gain a broad understanding of anatomical concepts that are most important to a yoga teacher so you can apply your knowledge to our in-person training and teach with confidence.
